1. Intake and Paperwork:
Reviewing past injuries, medications, and little details that might “pop up”.
2. Physical Assessment:
Checking range of motion, imbalances, or weaknesses in specific muscles to see if things are “outta whack”.
3. Exercise Testing Assessment:
Determining strength capacity (e.g., finding a weight clients can do for five reps in a row to guide programming) and testing aerobic capacity.
